30 days to a better you

Last Spring, a few friends and I started walking every Friday afternoon. We paused during the summertime when we were all busy with kids and vacations. But when school started again in August, we immediately started walking again. And you know what? It feels good.

It’s not just the adrenaline rush that comes with walking three miles (sometimes close to five!) every Friday. It’s not just the joy of hanging out with friends while doing something good for you. It’s not the clarity that comes with spending so much time with nature. It’s a combination of all of it.

Today, take a long walk. Go with friends, if you can. Or with your family. Or alone. Just go and enjoy every second.
